Our monthly Release & Renew: A Breathwork Workshop for Inner Peace & Abundance combines breath education, guided breathing practices, meditation, and Reiki integration to help you reset, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
About the Facilitator
Daphne Lyon is a breathwork and meditation teacher, nervous system educator, and integrative wellbeing coach who blends modern science with somatic and contemplative practices to support calm, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing.
What to Expect
Our 2-hour monthly breathwork workshop is designed to guide participants through a deeply embodied experience in a safe, supportive environment. Each session includes:
Slow Flow Breathwork – A gentle, grounding practice to create your inner sanctuary
Conscious Connected Breathwork – A more active and intense practice that may feel physically or emotionally moving
Guided Meditation + Reiki Integration – Amplifying relaxation, presence, and energetic alignment
Time for Journaling & Sharing – Reflection and community connection
Safety & Trauma-Informed Care
Breathwork is an active, physically and emotionally engaging practice. Participants remain in control and can pause or modify as needed. Sessions are intentionally small to preserve a sense of ease, safety, and personal space.

Not recommended for pregnancy or for those with serious cardiovascular, neurological, or psychiatric conditions
Ages 18+ only
Facilitator provides clear guidance and grounding cues to ensure safety and comfort

Private Breathwork Workshops with Daphne
(Available as a 75-minute session with an optional 45-minute halotherapy add-on)
Breathwork sessions for individuals and small groups are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep restoration. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include calming, oxygen-efficient breathing practices, breath science and functional breathing for everyday support, or more active, effortful breathwork to help release stored tension and emotion. Each session closes with guided relaxation or meditation to support integration and ease.
