Our monthly Release & Renew: A Breathwork Workshop for Inner Peace & Abundance combines breath education, guided breathing practices, meditation, and Reiki integration to help you reset, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

About the Facilitator

Daphne Lyon is a certified yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator and a holistic health coach. She’s been teaching for over a decade, passionately guiding her students toward mind-body-heart attunement and the potential to ignite positive change in the world.

What to Expect

Our 2-hour monthly breathwork workshop is designed to guide participants through a deeply embodied experience in a safe, supportive environment. Each session includes:

Slow Flow Breathwork – A gentle, grounding practice to create your inner sanctuary

Conscious Connected Breathwork – A more active and intense practice that may feel physically or emotionally moving

Guided Meditation + Reiki Integration – Amplifying relaxation, presence, and energetic alignment

Time for Journaling & Sharing – Reflection and community connection

Safety & Trauma-Informed Care

Breathwork is an active, physically and emotionally engaging practice. Participants remain in control and can pause or modify as needed. Sessions are intentionally small to preserve a sense of ease, safety, and personal space.

Not recommended for pregnancy or for those with serious cardiovascular, neurological, or psychiatric conditions

Ages 18+ only

Facilitator provides clear guidance and grounding cues to ensure safety and comfort
