Experience Calm, Clarity, and Restoration
The Himalayan Salt Cave at Sault Haus offers a serene space for relaxation, and halotherapy. All 45-minute sessions are private, even if it’s for one person. Practiced in a low-stimulation environment private sessions invite guests to slow down, reconnect with their body, and restore balance. We are a short drive away from Princeton, Pennington, Lawrenceville and Trenton, and only about an hour away from New York City and Philly! “Worth the drive” - we hear it ALL the time.
What to Expect
A calm, intimate space with comfortable seating
Optional blankets for warmth and comfort
A basket of items to play with such as oracle cards and natural objects, and set of beach toys for children
Soft, soothing background music
Time to rest, reflect, and recharge
Many guests report feeling calmer, more centered, and refreshed after their time in the salt cave.
What to wear/bring:
Wear comfortable clothing and layers. Those with sensitive feet may want to bring a pair of clean socks since the floor is made coarse salt crystals. Closed water bottles are welcome. No food is allowed in the salt cave.
About Halotherapy
The salt cave creates a microclimate of fine, dry salt particles in the air. While it is not a medical treatment, research suggests that inhaling dry salt aerosol in controlled environments may help support respiratory comfort and encourage a sense of calm and wellbeing.
Our environment is intentionally designed to be low-stimulation, providing a quiet, restorative setting that supports focus, relaxation, and mindful awareness.
