Joyful Movement @ Sault Haus

Joyful Movement at Sault Haus invites you to reconnect with your body through rhythm, expression, and shared experience. These offerings center movement as a way to explore creativity, presence, and connection—without pressure, choreography, or expectations.

Classes are beginner-friendly, all-bodies-welcome, and rooted in the belief that movement can be playful, meaningful, and deeply human. Joyful Movement creates space to feel alive, expressive, and at ease in your body. Coffee served after class!

 

Sunday World Dance & Coffee

Sundays | 10:00–11:30 am in the haus studio

A warm, welcoming movement class exploring dance styles from cultures around the world. This all-levels experience blends simple global dance steps with gentle yogic movement, rhythmic tapping, and clapping—inviting joy, coordination, and connection.

Move at your own pace in a relaxed, supportive environment. No dance experience is needed, and all bodies are welcome.

Coffee is provided, and the vibe is friendly, curious, and community-centered.
