Yoga Classes @ Sault Haus

Yoga at Sault Haus helps you slow down, reconnect with your body, and move with joy. Classes take place in our Haus Studio or the Himalayan salt cave, offering spaces for mindful movement, flexibility, and restorative practice for all levels.

All classes are beginner-friendly, with instructors providing modifications as needed. Our certified teachers guide students with care, attention, and encouragement, helping you leave each session feeling energized, balanced, and present.

Class Types

Kundalini Yoga with Erin Marsz – Salt Cave

Morning Kundalini Yoga: Tuesdays 9:30 am – 75 min (Weekly)
Restore & Revitalize Evening Kundalini Yoga: Thursdays 7 pm – 60 min (Monthly)

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, kundalini yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Yin Yoga with Nancy Perez – Salt Cave

Saturdays 10 am – 60 min (Monthly)
Thursdays 7 pm – 60 min (Monthly)
Sundays 10 am – 120 min (Seasonal Resets: Spring on 5/3, Summer on 7/12, Autumn on 10/4)

This contemplative practice supports slower concepts of yoga that focus on longer-held stretches to target deeper connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia) as well as stimulate the vagus nerve and reduce cortisol. Welcome these grounded postures to encourage fluidity and flexibility of joints and reduce states of anxiety.

Align + Flow Semi-Private Class with Debbi Gitterman – Haus Studio

Fridays 9 am – 60 min (Weekly)

This 60-minute class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to build strength, improve balance and mobility, and encourage mental ease. Class size is limited to six students to allow for personalized guidance and optional hands-on adjustments.

Our classes welcome beginners and experienced practitioners from Hopewell, Princeton, Pennington, Lambertville, and throughout Central New Jersey. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or a return to practice, you’re invited to move at your own pace and participate in a way that feels right for you.

Our Approach

Yoga at Sault Haus emphasizes safe alignment, mindful transitions, and breath awareness, with modifications offered for different bodies and energy levels. Small groups create a spacious, supportive environment where students feel seen and guided.

Classes range from gently energizing flows to deeply restorative sessions, and the salt cave adds a low-stimulation, mineral-rich setting that supports relaxed breathing and ease.

All classes are listed on our Schedule page and booked through our central calendar. Morning and evening options are available on weekdays and weekends, and class sizes are intentionally small to allow for personal attention and a grounded experience.

Erin Marsz, KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Erin Marsz / Kirin Raj Kaur teaches Kundalini Yoga to students of all levels, with a focus on vitality, stress resilience, and nervous system balance. She is a registered, KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with an advanced certification in Vitality & Stress.

Her classes, workshops, and private sessions are thoughtfully structured to create inclusive, supportive spaces that emphasize inner connection, perseverance, and sustainable well-being.

Debbi Gitterman, RYT-500

Debbi Gitterman is an experienced yoga instructor and certified yoga therapist who began her journey on the mat 25 plus years ago.

Debbi believes firmly in the healing power of yoga. Her goal is to empower practitioners to take control of their own health and well being through movement, attention to breath, and meditation. Her expertise lies in making yoga accessible for every body: demystifying poses, simplifying breath work, and making meditation accessible, all with humor and compassion.
