About Us

Nestled in the lush woods of the Mount Rose neighborhood in Hopewell, New Jersey, Sault Haus is a holistic healing center featuring a Himalayan salt cave. Founded by Kirsten @givingmystical in 2018, the center came under the stewardship of Maggie & Peter in 2022, who continue to cultivate its welcoming and restorative atmosphere.

Our programming is designed to provide opportunities to:

  • Regulate your nervous system and release stress through yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, sound healing, and therapeutic massage

  • Develop a holistic wellness practice incorporating manifestation techniques, rituals, movement, creativity, mindfulness, and connection to nature

  • Connect with community and passionate teachers in an inclusive space where everyone is welcome, valued, and celebrated
