About Us
Nestled in the lush woods of the Mount Rose neighborhood of Hopewell, New Jersey, we are a holistic healing center featuring a Himalayan salt cave. Sault Haus was founded by Kirsten Haley in 2018.
In 2022, Maggie & Peter Furniss became its new stewards.
Our programming focuses on providing you with opportunities to:
Regulate your nervous system and release stress and tension through yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, sound healing, and therapeutic massage
Develop a wellness practice that includes manifestation techniques, rituals, movement, creativity, mindfulness and connection to nature
Connect with fellow community members and passionate teachers in an inclusive space where everyone is welcome, valued and celebrated.
